On Thanksgiving the big turkey dinner usually gets all of the attention along with the sides and of course the desserts but it is also nice to be able to enjoy a special breakfast on a special day. On the long weekend you have more time to spend on breakfast and it is the perfect opportunity to make a fancy one and to share it with family and loved ones.
